The Seed You Sow is an immersive art installation exploring growth, healing, and the power of intentional planting—both in soil and in self. Blending agriculture, mental wellness, and Southern storytelling, the work invites viewers to reflect on what they are cultivating in their lives and communities.

Foot Print Farms is a 68-acre urban farm in Jackson, Mississippi, dedicated to agricultural education, agritourism, and community development.

Led by Dr. Cindy Ayers Elliott, the organization focuses on addressing food deserts by increasing access to healthy, locally grown food and promoting sustainability and self-sufficiency in metropolitan areas and the Mississippi Delta.
